The Seasonal Vegan, written by Sarah Philpott and published by Seren Books was published in July 2020. Following the success of Sarah Philpott’s first book The Occasional Vegan, I was commissioned to be the photographer for the book, shooting a wide range of recipe and lifestyle images. The Seasonal Vegan celebrates vegan recipes through the seasons using local produce and seasonal fruit & veg. The styling and photographing of each dish was exciting, pairing seasonal foliage and flowers with my tones in set design and lighting techniques to mimic seasonal weather patterns. The Seasonal Vegan is available to buy on the Seren website as well as amazon.com, waterstones.com and all good bookshops.
