Cookbook - The Occasional Vegan. Seren Books / Sarah Philpott
The Occasional Vegan, written by Sarah Philpott and published by Seren Books was published in March 2018. I was commissioned to be the photographer for the book, shooting a wide range of recipe and lifestyle images. The book's aim was to deliver vegan recipes in an approachable way, to offer a range easy and accessible dishes as well as some more challenging cooking techniques. The project gave me plenty of creative freedom when styling the props and sets, as well as plenty of exciting and attractive plates of food to make into beautiful photographs which were prepared by Sarah. The Occasional Vegan is available to buy on the Seren website as well as amazon.com, waterstones.com and all good bookshops.
